Jodie and Belinda both have more than twenty years’ experience in the justice, advocacy, child protection and youth sector.

They have worked in Government and Not-For-Profit organisations in Adelaide and overseas. Both are passionate about honouring the voices of young people and staff in the field, while ensuring authentic strategies and real responses are designed to meet the needs of young people.

Jodie and Belinda will create an individual plan to respond to your specific needs. Their services include:
• designing and delivering workshops for young people for consultative purposes
• developing and facilitating planning days for service delivery staff working with young people
• review and advice on service plans, policies, and practice guides

Their approach is underpinned by best practice and strengths focus, while adopting a child safe and rights-based approach.

They bring a creative, engaging, and casual style to ensure active participation, positive engagement, and goal development.

Jodie and Belinda can support you to develop your own youth engagement and participation practices, by offering behind the scenes guidance, ideas and recommendations.

Jodie and Belinda are available as co-facilitators or as individual facilitators, depending on your need, numbers and the type of activity requested.
